In partnership with UAC Properties, Emeroid International delivered multiple units of high-end duplexes within the Airforce Base in Eliozu, Porthacourt, Rivers State. This project required a delicate balance between residential comfort and the security protocols of a military installation. Our scope encompassed complete civil works, interior finishing, electrical installations, and landscaping. Each duplex was designed to provide officers and their families with a contemporary living environment featuring premium finishes, spacious layouts, and durable construction suited for long-term family living.
