Emeroid International partnered with Dabo Shelter Limited to construct multiple units of residential bungalows in Gwarimpa, FCT Abuja—Nigeria’s largest housing estate. This project focused on delivering affordable yet quality homes for the growing Abuja population. Our scope covered complete civil works from foundation to finishing, including roofing, electrical installation, plumbing, plastering, and painting. Each bungalow was designed to maximize space utilization while ensuring durability and low maintenance costs for homeowners. The development has contributed to addressing the housing deficit in the Federal Capital Territory.
